Summary: All the difference for long flights
Comment: This product is part of my regular travel package and is as important as my passport. I rarely travel without mine. I have used these for years and typically end up giving them away to my friends and customers who travel frequently and end up in great pain from their trips. I now by five at a time and give them away in addition to always having one for myself.
In actual use it rolls up flat, and I can adjust it for the different type of airplane seats and comfort level needed. Only downside is that after a year of constant use the seams will often fail and start leaking. Then it is time to get a new one. As mentioned above, I carry spares.

Comment: I loved it from the beginning. Perfect size, no weight, inflatable which makes it flexible for your needs. I started using it in my car as a vertical (as opposed to the recommended horizontal) support and it made driving much more fun. It can become uncomfortable after some time, that's when i just take it away or deflate it a bit. I lost the first one I bought when I got out of the car and immediately missed it. I went online to buy 2 more. I will take them on my trips, they will be great on flights, too.

Comment: This product has worked very well for me since I'm quite small in size. I can inflate it to the exact need for my back, adjusting it for whatever seat I'm in. I carry it around the house with me and to the car whenever I'm ready to be sitting for awhile.

Comment: This is a great travel back support since one can blow it up and then let out the air and roll up. I also like that I can blow it up more or less depending on the seat I am sitting in. I also use it at my computer chair at home. I think the dimensions need to be stated. I thought it was going to be half the size than it is. So I will state the dimensions....15-1/4" in length at center and 6-1/4" in width at center.

Comment: this item is perfect ! i recently had back surgery in feb '08 and needed lower lumbar support...its so portable. perfect for the movies, meetings, planes, the car which is where i leave mine. i may order another one.
