I was using a larger brace to do this, but it attracted a lot of attention. This small CarpalMate brace, though, is great. It's very comfortable and not nearly as noticeable. I'm not sure how it would do for treating wrists that are already sore, but for preventing pain and providing basic wrist support it works very well.
