Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Helps prevent pressure sores Comment: As an R.N., I am very aware of how much harder it is to cure a pressure sore than to prevent one. This chair pad works with a wheelchair as well as regular chairs to provide a softer sitting base. The cover is removeable for washing. The price is very reasonable. I would recommend this product for anyone trying to prevent discomfort from sitting. Customer Rating: Summary: Helpful quality product Comment: I weight 270 pounds and have a tailbone pain problem caused by spinal stenosis. I get considerable pain when sitting on a hard or thinly padded surface. This pad helps though it's mostly crushed by my weight as expected. However it does return to it's original density.
