The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it says that it accommodates a person as short as 5 feet tall, and this is just not true. I am 5'4" and on the shortest setting it is still just a tad too tall for me. Customer Rating: Summary: Poor construction Comment: at first glance the cane seemed great and I was very happy with it. But after several months of use the gaskets came loose and came out and the joints loosened up and made the cane unsafe to use. Its a good concept but more work needs to be done to make it a safe choice. Buy a solid wood cane they have been the best for me by a long shot!
