Comment: I have never purchased a pillow similar to this; therefore, my response is perhaps only useful for a new user. The first time I tried the pillow, I could tell that it did provide the support and correction to my posture as it indicated; however, it is difficult to get use to sleeping with this type of pillow: it is very firm and the general shape.
I am now on three weeks and feel that I am almost use to the pillow.

Comment: I have alot of shoulder and neck problems and this pillow has replaced my old one that was pretty worn out and not helping me anymore. This pillow is high but think in time it will flatten down and be better then but is a good pillow all in all. I have fibromyalgia and buy these kind of pillows to help relieve my pain. My friends call me the pillow queen since I have tried so many!!

Comment: This pillow was recommended by my Chiropractor after I complained about my memory foam pillow. I had neck aches almost every night! I thought the memory foam pillow was supposed to be so good, as it was cervical etc, but he explained that it is actually too soft. I switched to this one and miraculously my neck is much better!
This is a very light weight pillow with ridges, but seems to hold up well so far and is very comfortable too. I only wish it came L-O-N-G-E-R so it would fill up my long pillowcases. Only meant for a standard small pillowcase. It comes with a cover and I also put a hypoallergenic cover over it.

Comment: I have purchased these pillows over the years. Best I have found to offer relief for neck and back pain. It offers 4 positions of use, is made of foam rather then memory foam, which for me is cooler and firmer!
Obus-Forme makes good products for this market!
